Transportation Information

Each district is responsible for making their own transportation arrangements (flights and shuttle service)

Flight Information

The Dane County Regional Airport code is MSN and is a short 15 minute drive to the hotel.
Another option is Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee. It is 85 miles from Madison (about a 1.5 hour drive).
Ground Transportation from the Dane County Regional Airport to the Concourse Hotel (drive time is approximately 15 minutes):

A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) to all hotel guests. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area (located between Carousels 1 and 2, near Door 5) to let the hotel know that you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up. The shuttle pick-up area is located outside baggage claim, Door 5. Please make a reservation at the Front Desk for your return trip to the airport. The airport is 5 miles from the hotel.

PLEASE EMAIL CONNIE (connie.showalter@wisc.edu) YOUR ARRIVAL TIME (ON OCTOBER 7) AND DEPARTURE TIME (OCTOBER 10). THE CONCOURSE HOTEL NEEDS THIS INFORMATION IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE VAN DRIVERS.
